Alpha Gear, whose equipment can be purchased through the Club’s retail partner Everything Football in Kotara or online at www.alphaelitegear.com.au, will provide the Jets with a variety of training and team equipment to support its operations.
Already Alpha Gear has provided the Club with customised goals, poles, hurdles, and portable defender men to utilise throughout pre-season and in preparation for the team’s 2017 Westfield FFA Cup Round of 32 clash against Adelaide United on Wednesday night.
Alpha Gear Director Robert Bonanno said his company is pleased to have added Newcastle Jets to its list of local partners.
“This is an exciting announcement for myself and the team at Alpha Gear,” Bonanno said. “To have Alpha Gear aligned to a professional club like Newcastle Jets shows that we are doing all the right things in the industry and that we have the product quality and range to support clubs.”
“Alpha Gear will continue to grow its range of equipment and training aids to ensure Newcastle Jets players and staff have what is needed for season 2017/18 and beyond,” he said.
Newcastle Jets Chief Executive Officer Lawrie McKinna thanked Alpha Gear for their support.“Alpha Gear’s products are among the best available in Australia so we are naturally delighted to have entered into a formal arrangement with them,” McKinna said.
“Our Hyundai A-League and Westfield W-League sides will be well supported on the training pitch this season thanks to Alpha Gear,” he said.
