-1. Adam Griffiths
Adam Griffiths

Adam returned home to Australia before the 2007/2008 Hyundai A-League campaign to join his twin brother, Joel, at the Newcastle Jets. A hard-nosed player who can slot into any defence or play higher up the pitch in a defensive midfield role, Adam has distinct physical presence on the field. In his first season in Jets' colours, Adam used his presence to good advantage, scoring 3 goals, and providing some starch to the Jets Championship winning team.
