NEWCASTLE JETS 2010/2011 MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Membership to Newcastle Jets Football Club (‘NJFC”) is subject to (a) the terms and conditions set out below:

(b) the rules and regulations of Football Federation Australia ‘FFA’ and the Hyundai A-League,

(c) the rules and regulations of Energy Australia Stadium, Turton Road, New Lambton (‘the Stadium’),

(d) such other rules and regulations that NJFC may adopt from time to time, all of which are hereby incorporated into these terms and conditions.

2. The purchase of a Membership Card or Ticket whether for the duration of the season or for individual matches constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.

3. The purchase of Membership only entitles the purchaser to entry to matches designated to be NJFC controlled home matches and such matches will be held at the Stadium unless otherwise advertised in the Media.

4. Entrance to the Stadium may only be authorised upon presentation of a valid Membership Card or Ticket, and upon request, proof of identity with valid photograph and signature. Concession Membership Tickets are valid for those who are under 16 years of age as at 1 July 2010 and still attend School. Other concession purchasers must provide proof of Concession by supplying the following identification cards, Student/ Seniors/Pension/ TAFE or University.

5. NJFC reserves the right to refuse admission to Energy Australia Stadium to any person and also reserves the right to eject any person from the Stadium for failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

6. NJFC reserves the right to eject any person whose conduct is considered to be disruptive, unruly and/or offensive to other patrons at the Stadium, FFA and/or NJFC officials or sponsors at the Stadium,

7. The purchased Membership Ticket only gives access to the area allocated on the Membership Ticket. The holder of the Membership Ticket is not permitted to transfer between stands or areas of the Stadium.

8. The Membership Ticket remains the property of the Club at all times. The Purchaser of the Membership Ticket may transfer his/her Membership Ticket to another person for no greater value than its face value only with the prior written consent of NJFC PROVIDED THAT the Membership Ticket is not the subject of commercial activity and/or promotional purposes.

9. Any Membership Ticket obtained in contravention of clause 8 shall be confiscated by NJFC, and any holder of such a Membership Ticket may be ejected from Energy Australia stadium or denied entry to the Stadium and the holder shall have no right or claim to a refund for purchase monies paid.

10. No person (other than those persons or organisations as authorised by FFA and NJFC) shall bring into the Stadium any type of recording equipment which is capable of transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or data.

11. No money may be refunded except where a match has been cancelled and only based on the following formula: a/10 x $b where “a” is the amount of matches cancelled by FFA and b the amount paid for the season membership. Should a match be postponed then the Membership Ticket shall be valid for the re-arranged match.

12. The purchase of any Season Membership Cards or Tickets does not include Hyundai A-League Final Series matches or other matches that are not A-League fixtures.

13. Should a season member lose his/her Membership Card then a fee of $25 will be payable to NJFC to cover the cost of replacement and shall be made available for collection from NJFC offices. NJFC will not replace Tickets allocated for individual matches that are lost or stolen.

14. NJFC takes no responsibility should FFA alter the fixture draw.

15. Members of unreserved seating are not guaranteed entry to the Stadium and will not be entitled to a refund for any monies paid in the event that the Stadium is full to capacity and the Member is not granted entry.

16. Vouchers issued with 2010-11 Memberships packages can only be redeemed on match day at the ticket booths at EnergyAustralia Stadium. These vouchers remain the property of Newcastle Jets and are subject to these terms and conditions. Newcastle Jets reserve the right to cancel or refuse the use of these vouchers if the term and conditions are breached.

17. Newcastle Jets United FC reserves the right to cancel membership at any time if, in the opinion of Newcastle Jets United FC, a member engages in Disruptive Behaviour which is deemed prejudicial, or likely to be prejudicial, to the interests or reputation to the game, Newcastle Jets United FC, Football Federation Australia, or any of their sponsors; or breaches any of the Terms and Conditions governing the event including these Newcastle United Jets FC Terms & Conditions and Hyundai A-League Terms of Admission available at www.footballaustralia.com.au.

18. My Club Membership is only available to families with children under 12 years of age that at least one child plays football for a Northern NSW Football Federation affiliated club. This includes Junior Clubs from Newcastle Port Stephens, Macquarie District and Hunter Valley Associations. The appropriate My Club Membership application must be fully completed and FFA Registration number supplied to complete the application. No application can be processed with this FFA Registration number. A Family Membership consists of two adults and two children under12 years of age before 31st July 2010.

19. Non Ticketed Members who are winners of Mascots Members Draw must be accompanied by an adult who has a valid entry ticket.

“Disruptive Behaviour” may include any attempted or actual act or omission by a person that constitutes a breach of the Terms of Admission, Venue or Club Conditions of Entry or FFA Spectator Code of Behaviour; or behaviour that jeopardises, or has the potential to jeopardise, the safety or security of the event.

Newcastle Jets United FC reserves the right to decline any application for membership in its absolute discretion.

i. Minimum Purchase would be $200
ii. 1st payment would be upfront with application
iii. Maximum payment terms would be over three further instalments with a minimum of $100 per month (Examples: Adult Cat A $270: First payment $135 + direct debit of $135 on due date.)
iv. All Terms and Conditions must be read and accepted.
v. A dishonour fee of $25 will be charged for each transaction that is declined.
vi. Fees are as below,
One off $2.20 set up fee
Visa & MasterCard are at 2.2% - (min $1.10)
Amex 4.4% - (min $1.10)
