5. James Holland
James Holland

James joined the club midway through the 2007/2008 Hyundai A-League season. He originally signed for 2 weeks on a short-term injury waiver, but exploded onto the scene, scoring on debut, and his performances earned him a long-term deal at the club. James can play anywhere through the middle of the park, and has a knack of getting onto the end of things and scoring goals from midfield. He also displays leadership and maturity beyond his years on the football pitch. One of the brightest young prospects in Australian football, this Newcastle Jets star is destined for big things.
