Community

The Newcastle Jets are built on community, with players from the Club’s Hyundai A-League and Westfield W-League squads actively involved in a range of community programs.

Players and club representatives engage with fans across the Hunter and Mid-North Coast, promoting football participation at all levels, championing charitable causes and giving back to the Hunter community.

Our community programs, driven by Club’s Community Partner, Greater Bank are integral to the Jets footprint in Newcastle.

Greater Bank have been involved with the Jets since 2015 and have rejuvenated our community approach to ensure that the Club’s players, staff and brand are highly visible in and around Newcastle and throughout Northern New South Wales.

These efforts are driven by the Jets:CONNECT program which features four components; Jets:LEARN, Jets:PLAY, Jets:CARE and Jets:TOUR. The program enables the club to assist a range of individuals, organisations and valuable causes.

As part of its commitment to junior football in the Hunter, the Newcastle Jets in partnership with McDonalds will be taking part in a series of ‘Club Days’ at junior football clubs across the region.

The program aims to provide more opportunities for local juniors to meet their Hyundai A-League and Westfield W-League idols.
