Our Members Day has been pencilled in for Saturday 9 February, and there’ll be plenty there for everyone to enjoy!
Come down to No.2 Sportsground, with gates opening from 7:45am for an 8am start, grab some free breakfast, and go into the mix to win a signed ACL jersey ahead of next Tuesday's massive AFC Champions League Preliminary Stage match!
There’ll also be plenty of trading cards on hand, with all the cards given out so far to be on offer for our Members to grab, so don’t miss out!
It’ll be an early start for the diehards, with gates set to open at 7:45am and a food truck for your free breakfast fix, an open Westfield W-League training session is set to kick-off at 8am and give Jets Members the chance to watch their heroes go through their paces.
Club CEO, Lawrie McKinna will be interviewing Westfield W-League Head Coach, Craig Deans as the girls warm up, chatting about what it means to be a Head Coach in the competition and the season that was.
While that's going on, the boys will be filtering in and from 9am, when the W-League side finishes training, you'll have the opportunity to grab signatures from your favourite Jets players as the women leave the field and the men filter on after pre-hab.
After Lawrie has a chat with Jets boss, Ernie Merrick as the boys warm up, you'll be able to mingle with your favourite Jets W-League players as they warm down and stick around for you to say hello!
With one of the final training sessions before our MASSIVE ACL Qualifier set to run until around 10:45am, you'll have another 15 minutes after the boys wrap up to grab any last minute signatures and say hello to your Jets heroes!
Also around the precinct will be plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy, including a jumping castle and much more.
The Club recognises that our Members Day coincides with that of the Newcastle Knights. Due to a packed schedule for our Hyundai A-League boys and the end of the Westfield W-League season, Saturday 9 February was the only day available. The Club apologises for any distress that has caused.
