It’s hard to believe that the new A-League season will kick off in just 11 days! It’s been a long off-season highlighted by the Jets undefeated run including wins against Sydney FC and Melbourne Heart, and the huge support we’ve received from over 8,000 Jets Members.

With the season just days away, we wanted to ensure our Members are well prepared.
Members Collections
Members will be able to collect their inclusions from a dedicated collection point on the Western Concourse of Ausgrid Stadium. Simply present your ‘redemption card- to redeem your cap, scarf (Gold, Silver Members) or junior pack (Junior Members).
Members cannot collect inclusions without the redemption card/s, and we encourage you to arrive early to avoid queues when collecting. The collection point will be open from gate opening until the end of half time at the first three home games.
Membership Service Office
The Jets Membership Team will have a dedicated window to assist Members on match days, open from 20 minutes prior to gate opening until 20 minutes into the A-League match.
The Jets Membership Service Office is there to assist Members with match day related issues such as:
• Upgrading of Membership Cards
• Forgotten Membership Cards
Upgrade prices: Junior to Adult $20, Junior to Concession $10, Concession to Adult $10
The Members box office window is located at the North Western entrance of Ausgrid Stadium.
