The Hunter Ports Newcastle Jets have today named an 18-player squad for Saturday night’s game against Melbourne Heart at Hunter (formerly Ausgrid) Stadium.
After a strong performance last weekend against Sydney FC and no injury concerns, coach Gary van Egmond has named an extended team that he will reduce on game day. The Jets go into the game with two wins
Nikolai Topor-Stanley fell awkwardly on his shoulder late in last weekend’s game however he has recovered and available for selection.
Labinot Haliti, James Virgili and Marko Jesic come into the extended squad. Ben Kantarovski remains unavailable as he is on Olyroos duties.
