In this week’s edition of ‘Boarding Pass’ Meredith chats with local lad and first team right back Jason Hoffman who gives interesting insights into his time at both the Jets and Melbourne Heart/City.
‘Hoff’ also talks travel, reveals which of his teammates he believes has bad taste in tunes, plus tells fans about which squad member he reckons should work on his dancing skills!
Also in ‘Boarding Pass’ this week is a chat with Newcastle Jets Senior Assistant Coach Jean-Paul de Marigny.
de Marigny was Kevin Muscat’s Assistant at the Championship winning Melbourne Victory last campaign, so if you’re heading to Friday’s match JP’s expert insights will only add to your view of the game.
Back this week is former Jets midfielder Matt Thompson.
Thompson looks specifically at the encounter between the Jets and Victory, and examines where the contest could be won or lost.
“Their [Victory’s] front four are ridiculous … the Jets will need to defend well,” he says.
