Club statement regarding catering at Newcastle Jets matches at Hunter Stadium.
Following consultation with Venues NSW on Monday, the Newcastle Jets can confirm that as of next Saturday-s home match against Central Coast Mariners, food and beverage outlets will be open in the upper Western and upper Eastern grandstands at Hunter Stadium.
This move will ensure all Members and supporters who attend Newcastle Jets home matches have convenient access to catering and have a positive match day experience.
Venues NSW operate Hunter Stadium and open and operate the stadium outlets on match days.
The catering outlets in the upper Western and upper Eastern grandstands were closed for last Sunday-s home opener against Perth Glory. Venues NSW has apologised if this impacted negatively on the match day experience of any Jets Members and supporters and they have acted quickly to address this matter for the remainder of the season.
