E-League: Jets confirm 2020 competitors

Newcastle Jets are excited to confirm our E-League competitors for the upcoming 2020 season.

As part of the FIFA 20 Global Series, our two competitors are eyeing a prestigious berth at the FIFA eWorld Cup in 2020.

Returning to the fold on the PS4 is Christian Bartolillo (Fweshest), who represented the Jets in Season 2 of the competition.

In his second season in Jets colours, Fweshest will be looking to go further than his maiden campaign where he helped claim Newcastle 8th spot before going out in the first elimination final to the eventual champion, Futwiz Marko.

Rounding out the side on the Xbox is Andy Phanouvong (N8 AKP0), who makes the switch from Brisbane Roar.

N8 AKP0 had a fantastic campaign in the orange and black last season, helping the club finish 2nd in the overall rankings before narrowly going down 2-0 across two legs in the Xbox Grand Final to Marcus Gomes.

The E-League is just under two weeks away from kicking off, on Saturday 15 February at ESL Studios in Sydney!
