Newcastle Jets made the short trip out to Edgeworth to play NPL Northern NSW premiers Edgeworth Eagles on Saturday afternoon.
The 5-0 victory ensured that preparations ahead of the upcoming campaign continued in perfect fashion. Dimi Petratos and Jason Hoffman both doubles, while Ronnie Vargas also got on the scoresheet.
