Newcastle Jets players and staff took time out on Wednesday morning to meet with some of the club’s biggest supporters at iconic Nobbys Beach.
After an early morning jog along the Foreshore and Nobbys breakwall, Jets first team players enjoyed a 45-minute kick-about with their fans on the sand.
Several members of the Emerging Jets made the 8:00am dash to Nobbys to meet new and returning members of the club’s Hyundai A-League squad, including Nigel Boogaard, Mitch Cooper, Themba Muata-Marlow, Andy Brennan, and Mark Birighitti.
The morning ended with the kids getting autographs from, or photographs with, the players.
