The Newcastle Jets have kicked off their Weifang Cup campaign with a thrilling 4-3 win over Shanghai SIPG at the Shandong Luneng Academy in Weifang, China.
Substitute Regan Smith was the hero, setting up the Jets equaliser and then netting an 80th minute winner.
