Important information for Newcastle Jets Members and supporters ahead Saturday’s F3 Derby at Hunter Stadium

Important information for Jets Members and supporters ahead of the Club’s second home game against Central Coast Mariners at Hunter Stadium on Saturday November 2 (7.45pm kick-off).

Gates Open
Gates open at 6.30pm.

Entry to Hunter Stadium
All Members and supporters can enter Hunter Stadium via the Western and Southern Gates.

Rural Fire Service collection
Volunteers from the local Rural Fire Service will be collecting donations outside Hunter Stadium prior to Saturday’s F3 Derby. Money raised will be used to support local brigades and ensure they are well equipped for the summer.

Food and Beverage Outlets
Outlets will be located on Level 1 and Level 3 of the Western and Eastern Grandstands.

Tickets
Match day tickets can be purchased through PROticket.com.au or by calling 1300 12 10 12.

Membership Inclusion/s
Jets Members that haven’t already collected their Member Cap or Junior Pack (inclusion/s are subject to the package purchased) are encouraged to go to the Hunter Sports Superstore and collect before the opening game to avoid queues on match day.

On match day, the Northern outlet on the ground level of the Western Grandstand will be open to pick up Membership Inclusions.

Chants and Active Support
The Jets encourage all Members and supporters to get involved with the Active Support. The chants for this game will be distributed on game day.

Any Members who would like to experience Active Support without being in the thick of it in Bay 2, are encouraged to visit the Membership Box Office on match day to collect a ticket to gain access into Bay 1. Members will still require your Membership Card to gain access into the stadium.

Match day tickets for Bay 1 and 2 can also be purchased from PROticket on 1300 12 10 12 or proticket.com.au.

Member Pack and Membership Card Update
Members that have joined between Thursday October 10 and Wednesday October 23
Your Membership Card and Member Pack were lodged with Australia Post on Friday October 25. You should receive your Membership Pack and Card prior to Round 4.

Members that have joined from Thursday October 24
You will need to visit the Hunter Sports Superstore prior to Saturday November 2 to collect a temporary ticket for the game. You will receive your Membership Card and Member Pack prior to Round 6 on Sunday November 17.

What to do if you have not received your Member Card
If you have not received your Member Card, please wait until your final postal delivery day (Friday November 1).

If you do not receive your Member Card, you MUST go to the Hunter Sports Superstore at Hunter Stadium to collect your replacement ticket. It is important to note there will be NO COLLECTIONS for Member Tickets at the Game. We are expecting lengthy queues, and Members who do not have their Member Card, must go to the Hunter Sports Superstore and collect their replacement ticket.

Travel
The Jets encourage all Members to plan ahead their travel to Hunter Stadium. Match-day car parking is available through PROticket on 1300 121 012. The cost is $11 (including agency fee).

Hunter Sports Superstore Trading Hours
The Superstore trading hours have been changed from 9am – 12pm to 12pm – 7.45pm to accommodate for Saturday-s match.
