Important Information - Membership Packs

Good news for all Jets Members who joined prior to 23 August, your Member packs will start arriving in your letterbox from tomorrow and will continue to be delivered until early next week. If you joined after 23 August you will receive your pack within 2 weeks.

Good news for all Jets Members who joined prior to 23 August, your Member packs will start arriving in your letterbox from tomorrow and will continue to be delivered until early next week. If you joined after 23 August you will receive your pack within 2 weeks.

Before you rip open your packs, there are some very important tips to note and will ensure your Jets Membership experience is even better:

• You will find enclosed your Member Pack a Welcome letter with your Member Card attached and Blister Pack. • Your Welcome letter gives you all the details regarding your Membership and Redemption Card/s inclusions. • Keep your Redemption Card/s in a safe place. • Family Members - we encourage you to hold onto the Junior Redemption Card/s so they are not misplaced • Redemption Card/s cannot be replaced and incur a $30 replacement fee • Your Member Card is also in the Blister Pack. You will need your Member Card to attend each match*. • Keep your Member Card in a safe place. Lost Member Card/s incur a $30 replacement fee. • You will need to take your Redemption Card/s to one of the first 3 home games to collect your relevant Membership inclusions.

*Supporter Membership does not include game day attendance. Your packs will be sent with all inclusions. Regional Members are entitled to attend 3 home games.
