Young gun Marko Jesic has inked a new two-year deal with the club ahead of this Thursday’s final home game of the season.
The Newcastle Jets are pleased to announce the re-signing of Marko Jesic for the next 2 seasons.
The talented all rounder is the latest signing for the Jets as the club continues to sure up their playing talent for the following seasons, with Jesic excited about his commitment to the Jets.
“There is no place I would rather be. I am really excited about being here for the next two seasons and really looking forward to our future”.
“I consider Newcastle my second home, it is a great city to live in and a great club to represent,” said Jesic.
Jets Chief Executive Officer John Tsatsimas said the club was pleased another key signing had been completed ensuring a healthy future for the Jets.
“It was really important that we re-signed Marko. He has exhibited that he is not only a talented young player but also a mentally tough competitor after the adversity he has been through with injury and forms a vital cog in our wheel as we progress.”
“Our future is really looking bright, as we have made some strong re-signings in the past weeks and we will continue to build our list with quality players that will give us every opportunity to challenge for honours next season”, Tsatsimas said.
