The Newcastle Jets will host Wellington Phoenix in a pre-season friendly on Saturday, September 13 at Magic Park, Broadmadow which will also double as the Club’s Member Season Launch.

The launch will provide an opportunity for Members to meet their favourite Newcastle Jets players and will include exclusive acess to watch the pre-season trial match between the Newcastle Jets and Wellington Phoenix.
This will be the only opportunity for Jets Members to see their team in action against A-League opposition in Newcastle this pre-season. The fixture will also be one of the side’s final hit outs before the Hyundai A-League season kicks-off with the Jets facing the Central Coast Mariners on Saturday 11th October.
There will also be opportunities to get autographs and join in on other exciting activities throughout the day.
SCHEDULE
10.00am: Gates Open.
11.00am: W-League kick-off. Support the Jets W-League as they take on Melbourne Victory in their season opener clash.
2.00pm: MEMBER SEASON LAUNCH COMMENCES. The Jets 2014/15 A-League squad is introduced along with a Q&A with head coach Phil Stubbins and players. All Members are encourage to submit their questions via Twitter by tagging @NewcastleJetsFC and using the hashtag #JoinTheFight
2.30pm: Activities including face painting for the kids, photo opportunities and autographs.
4.00pm: A-League kick off. Newcastle Jets v Wellington Phoenix.
Full time: Members on the field. Opportunity for Members to meet the playing squad, get autographs and photos.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This event is exclusive to 2014/15 Jets Members.
All Members will be emailed a ticket to gain entry to the event. Tickets will be emailed to all Members on Thursday, September 11 at 5.00pm.
Members are welcome to sign up new Members at the Jets Membership marquee before entering the event.
Members who do not have their ticket for entry will need to visit the Jets Membership marquee to collect a ticket.
Parking will be available at the ground.
