The Newcastle Jets have passed 3,000 Members. Here is important information for all renewing and new Members.

Can I change my seats?
Members can select new seats at the time of renewing their Membership via your MyJETS Account. Once the same seat renewal deadline has passed on August 6, a further round of seats will be released and Members will have the opportunity to select new seats. Members will receive communications via email at this time in mid to late August.

I’m a new Member can I choose where to sit?
Yes, by purchasing your Membership online via your MyJETS Account Manager you can select where you would like to sit via the Interactive Seating Map. If you are purchasing a family Membership, you will be required to fill out a ‘Seating Request Form’ within the purchase process.

Whilst Newcastle Jets will make every effort to fulfil your request, preferences cannot be guaranteed. If you know another Member who you would like to sit with, please make a note of this during the purchasing process so we can attempt to sit you together, depending on seating availability.

Why is there no invoice in my MyJETS Account to renew?
Members that were seated in the Upper Eastern Grandstand for the 2013/14 season will not have an invoice generated in their MyJETS Account. These Members will need to select their new seats at time of purchase.

I didn’t get an email to renew. Why is this?
If your email was across multiple Membership accounts and your accounts are not yet linked it is possible that you wouldn’t have received an email for all of the accounts you manage.

With our new Membership system, each account needs to have a unique email address. To link accounts, please contact the Membership Team at membership@newcastlejets.com.au or 49797611. Please note that we are experiencing a high volume of calls so please be patient.
