Jets Youth entered contest fresh off a 2-0 loss at South Cardiff, but started the match confidently, with Kale Bradbery converting from the penalty spot early in the contest to give the Jets a 1-0 advantage.
Edgeworth hit back through Brody Taylor who capitalised on a mistake by the Jets to level the scores at 1-1.
The Eagles took the lead through a penalty from Alex Palozzi to make it 2-1 prior to the half-time interval.
The home side sealed the three points late in the second half when Joel Wood finished past Jets goalkeeper John Solari to secure a 3-1 victory.
