The Jets struggled to find any rhythm throughout the contest and were brought undone by goals to Lake Macquarie-s Sam Mooney and Simon Walker.
The match saw 2007/08 A-League Championship winner Stuart Musialik play 30 minutes off the bench for Jets Youth as he continues his comeback to competitive football.
Jets Youth currently sit in seventh spot on the NBN State League ladder after nine rounds of the competiton.
