The glorious summer weather and ever-increasing popularity of the Jets meant numbers were up by approximately 80 on last years event with boys and girls participating ranging from under 7 through to over 13 years.

“Council-s annual Junior Top Shot Soccer Shoot-Out is a great opportunity for children to enjoy an affordable relaxed day out with friends and family during the holidays, mingle informally with players from Newcastle Jets, enjoy free rides on the Giant 100 metre Water Slide, a refreshing swim and a cuddle with Prime Possum.” said Ms Denholm.

Newcastle Jets Marketing Manager, Suzie Ninevski says, “The event is all about having a go and our players are pleased to be part of this active lifestyle, healthy future initiative with Newcastle City Council and PRIME Television.”
