The Newcastle Jets were pleased to host Jets’ Member Kurt Fearnley at training on Friday.
The Newcastle Jets were pleased to receive a surprise visit to training from Jets’ Member and inspirational two-time Paralympic champion Kurt Fearnley on Friday.
Fearnley dropped in to see the boys train before he will take his regular spot at Hunter Stadium on Saturday to cheer the team on against Adelaide United.
He tweeted after the visit, “An absolute pleasure to meet @NewcastleJetsFC fellas. @RyuGriff (Griffiths), @bjk0136 (Kennedy), Jobe Wheelhouse & the mighty Heskey! Genuinely great guys.”
