If you have not yet received your Membership Pack, please note the following important information:

Joined between Wednesday 5 October and Saturday 8 October
Due to the insufficient time required to fulfill your Membership Pack, the Membership Team will have a replacement ticket waiting for you at our Jets Membership Service Office at Ausgrid Stadium. The Service Office will open at 2.30pm and is located at the Northern end of the Western Ticket Box. Your Membership Pack will be with you in time for our second home game.

Joined between Wednesday 28 September and Tuesday 4 October
Your pack/s were lodged today with Australia Post and are expected to arrive on Friday.

Joined between Friday 23 September and Tuesday 27 September
Your pack/s were lodged with Australia Post from Friday 30 September and Tuesday 4 October. These pack/s should be arriving within 24 hours if they haven-t already arrived.

Joined prior to Thursday 22 September
If you joined prior to Thursday 22 September you should have received your pack by now. We recommend you contact the Membership Team during business hours by calling 02 4907 8711 before this weekend-s match and the Membership Team will investigate this and arrange a temporary ticket for Saturday-s match.

Pack/s not received before this Saturday’s game
If your pack does not arrive by Friday-s post, we recommend you contact the Membership Team by phoning 02 4907 8711. We will arrange for a temporary ticket to be collected at this weekend-s match from the Jets Membership Service Office at Ausgrid Stadium. The Service Office will open at 2.30pm.

The Membership Team will operate a ‘Jets Membership Service Office- at all home games. This will open approximately 15 minutes before gate opening. It will be located at the Northern end of the Western Ticket Box of Ausgrid Stadium.
