MEMBERSHIP UPDATE: Pack Arrivals & Information

The arrival of your Newcastle Jets 2015/16 Membership Pack is dependent on when you purchased it.

All Members that signed up between July 22 and September 17 should receive their Membership card/s and pack/s the week commencing Monday 5 October.

If you have not received your Membership card/s and pack/s by Tuesday October 14, please contact Membership Services on (02) 4088 8004.

All Members that signed up between September 18 and September 28 should receive their Membership cards commencing Monday October 12.

If you have not received your Membership card/s and pack/s by Thursday October 15, please contact Membership Services on (02) 4088 8004.

All Members that have signed up after September 29 will receive their Membership card/s and pack/s prior to Round 3 on Friday 23 October 23 (second home game) and will be emailed details on how to redeem their ticket for Round 2 on Saturday 17 October (first home game).

For ticketed Members, your Membership pack will include your Membership card and redemption vouchers for your Member Kit. To collect your 2015/16 Member Kit you will need to present your redemption voucher/s at one of the Member collection outlets on the Western Concourse of Hunter Stadium at one of the first three home matches. Member Kits will also be available for collection from the Jets Merchandise Store at 19 Honeysuckle Drive (Ground floor) Newcastle, after the first home match.

For non-ticketed Members, your Membership pack will include your Membership card and Member Kit.
