Newcastle Jets Members and supporters are invited to a Charity Golf Day and Lunch with Michael Bridges at Newcastle Golf Club on Friday June 6.
Bridges will talk about his 20-year career in football including his time with Leeds United, Newcastle United, Sunderland and the Newcastle Jets.
The 35-year-old played 19 seasons as a professional, competing in all four tiers of the English football league system, before finishing his career in Australia with the Jets where he made 65 appearances and scored 12 goals.
All proceeds from the event will go to Michael’s nominated charity – The Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children.
