As our attention turns to the 2014/15 Membership campaign we look forward to welcoming existing and new Members on board this season.
The Club has a strong commitment to Member feedback and we have made a number of positive updates to the Membership program which we are excited to share in the lead up to our 2014/15 Membership on-sale period.

2014/15 Membership
* 2014/15 Memberships will go on-sale to renewing and new Members in early July (keep an eye on your email for updates).
* Members that have either opted in to the Automatic Renewal or are paying for their Membership on the monthly Perpetual Payment Plan will receive a letter early June confirming their Membership rollover unless opting not to renew.
* Members that are not on the Automatic Renewal or monthly Perpetual Payment Plan will receive their Renewal Packs in the mail in early July.
Membership Database
In a significant step for the Club, the Newcastle Jets are making changes to our CRM database to manage the Club-s 10,000 Members. This will assist to provide an even better and more seamless Member experience.
During this period, Members will not have access to their existing online Member accounts for a number of weeks. Member updates and important announcements will be provided on www.newcastlejets.com.au. AFC Asian Cup Member Pre-sale Information
The AFC Asian Cup are offering all Newcastle Jets Members an exclusive pre-sale period for Newcastle Venue Packs from Midday Wednesday May 7.
These Venue Packs provide the best seats for all four AFC Asian Cup matches in Newcastle at a discount of up to 20 per cent. From only $99 for adults and $39 for concessions, Newcastle Jets Members can secure seats at the biggest football tournament Australia has ever hosted.

Members will receive an email on May 7 via the Football Family with instructions to purchase Newcastle Venue Pack tickets prior to the general public.
Individual match tickets will be available to Newcastle Jets Members in a second pre-sale opportunity on 27 May.
