- Former Newcastle Jets defender and midfielder Josh Brillante, now on the books of Seria A’s Fiorentina joins Meredith on the line from Italy to discuss his days at Hunter Stadium, plus life in Europe. Brillante is currently on loan from Fiorentina at Seria B’s Calcio Como where he has played regularly throughout the 2015/16 season for the men from the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia.
- Former Newcastle Jets captain and Old Boy Matthew Thompson shares his views on the team’s performance against Melbourne Victory, Daniel Mullen’s send-off, and tips a strong showing from Scott Miller’s men this Saturday. Thommo will be at Old Boys’ Day this weekend and is looking forward to catching up with ex-Jets players such as Jobe Wheelhouse and Stuart Musialik.
- And last but not least former Newcastle Breakers and United attacker Daniel McBreen makes his podcast debut to discuss why he’s looking forward to Old Boys’ Day this Saturday and his memories of his time playing for his hometown club in the early 2000s. McBreen says his late father Jim McBreen used to tell him to make sure that if there is an ever an opportunity to catch up with old players then to make sure he makes the most of it. McBreen also discusses life with Edgeworth FC in the Northern New South Wales NPL, plus his role as Under 15s coach of the Emerging Jets.
