The Newcastle Jets are encouraging all Members to do their good deed this Christmas and purchase a Goodwill Membership to help the annual Bikers for Kids Newcastle Toy Run and Salvation Army.
The Newcastle Jets would like to thank all of the Club's Members who have already purchased a Goodwill Membership this season.
This season, the Newcastle Jets are a Community Partner of the annual Bikers for Kids Newcastle Toy Run, which is on this Sunday 7th December.
The Toy Run is totally focussed on providing toys and support for Hunter kids and families at Christmas time. For the last 20 years, the Toy Run has been donating all proceeds from the day to The Salvation Army, Newcastle towards their annual Christmas Appeal, which assists families in need with presents, food and vouchers at Christmas.
To kick things off, the Club has donated 100 Goodwill Memberships to this great cause. The Newcastle Jets encourage all Members to do their good deed this Christmas and purchase a Goodwill Membership to help the Club help the Toy Run and the Salvos!
Our Goodwill Memberships will provide many Newcastle and Hunter families in need at Christmas time, the opportunity to become a proud Newcastle Jets Member.
"We realise we're in a priviledged position as professional footballers, so it's fantastic to be able to help our community this Christmas by donating Goodwill Memberships to those who are less fortunate," Newcastle Jets defender Adrian Madaschi said
"We hope that having the opportunity to come to a few Newcastle Jets home matches this season will allow the recepients of these Goodwill Memberships to forget whatever hardships they're facing, even if it's only for 90 minutes."
All recipients will receive the full Jets Member experience and will be able to attend 3 home matches, receive the Membership Kit and be invited to attend all exclusive Club events.
All Members and supporters who donate to this program will receive a certificate of appreciation for their support.
