Regan joined the Jets as part of the Youth system in 2008 and had a breakout season in 2011/12 making a career-high 20 appearances. He backed that up with another solid year in 2012/13, playing nine matches and contributing to four clean sheets. Regan started 13 matches for the Jets and scored his first Hyundai A-League goal during the 2013/14 season. Regan is one of the best trainers in the Jets squad. His enthusiasm and commitment has been a shining light throughout this longer pre-season and he has fought hard to put his hand up for one of the starting centre-back roles. The 24-year-old is a shining example of where persistence and dedication can take you.
