Can we sit in our regular seats?
Members will not be able to purchase the seats that you normally sit in. The seat allocation will be processed on a next available seat criteria (as occurs with Final series). Members will have first option to purchase seats in the ground but the process will not allow us to identify specific seats (keeping in mind that tickets will be purchased over the internet and that they will go very fast).
On that basis, you should purchase your seats based on what particular area you wish to purchase and the next available seat in that area will then be sold to you.
What is the difference between the categories Eg: Cat A Vs Premium
The primary difference is location. Please see the attached stadium plan which identifies which areas fall into which categories.
What benefits do we receive as long term members?
We have been inundated with enquiries for the LA Galaxy match. The primary benefit that you receive as a member is that each member category who signed up at the start of the season may buy up to 4 tickets each. Additionally, you will have first option to purchase tickets when they go on sale on wednesday morning at 9am.
How many tickets can a $100 family season ticket holder purchase for LA Galaxy?
Holders of a family season ticket can purchase a maximum of four tickets (1 x 4) = a total of 4 tickets.
We are a family of 5 but only have a $100 family season ticket plus a free child U15 pass. How can we get an extra ticket?
If you need an extra ticket, you can purchase four tickets via our Pro-ticket offer in the Family Hill section. You can then purchase an additional ticket by contacting our office and putting forward your case. We will then sell you an additional ticket. Please note that if tickets sell out in this area then this will not be possible.
How can we as a family of 5 get Category A or Category B seating?
If you are a family that has purchased a $100 family membership and require more than four seats, please contact Sarah by email – Sarah@newcastlejets.com.au A small allocation of seating for families of 5 or 6 has been set aside but this is limited and will only cater to a maximum of 2 adults plus four children.
I am a member of the squadron, how do I get tickets to Bay 2?
Members of the squadron will be able to purchase tickets in Bay 2 via the Pro-Ticket system.

The Jets have been inundated with requests for tickets and it is with much excitement that we release the following purchase information for the international friendly between the Newcastle Jets and the LA Galaxy.
A family can attend the game for as little as $30 per person (plus Pro-Ticket charges) and loyal Jets Members will get first shot at a ticket from next Wednesday, 27th October. The general public can purchase their tickets from Wednesday 3 November.
It has been an amazing few days for Jets fans and the football family within the Hunter following the announcement that the Newcastle Jets and LA Galaxy will play at EnergyAustralia Stadium at 7.30pm on Saturday 27th November.
The opportunity that has been presented to Newcastle and the Hunter Region in hosting this event is of significant national and international importance. The intense media coverage both prior to and following the announcement, is testament to the interest this game has attracted.
“During the development of our ticketing strategy for the LA Galaxy versus Newcastle Jets international exhibition match, we have been mindful at all times of satisfying our core family, community and affordability objectives. Our challenge is to balance the significant cost of staging major international events and we think that we have been able to achieve those objectives.” said Ken Edwards, Executive Chairman, Newcastle Jets.
“Our main priority is to provide families and our season ticket holders with reasonably affordable access across a range of ticket prices to this significant international event,” said Ken.
Jets Members (regular season ticket holders) will have the first right to purchase tickets commencing from 9am on Wednesday 27th October.
The next wave will be offered to the Family Season ticket holders from 9am on Friday 29th October, with sale to the general public offered from 9am Wednesday 3rd November.

$100 Family Memberships (2 Adult and 2 Children Reserved Grandstand Season tickets) can still be purchased for the remainder of the season, and we encourage those wanting to secure a seat to the Galaxy match to take up this very special offer.
General Public
A minimum of 3000 tickets will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday 3rd November at 9am. Tickets must be purchased via newcastlejets.com.au
