This Saturday the Jets W-League play at home for the last time & need you there to support them as they fight for a spot in the finals.

The Jets W-League play their final home game of the 2011/12 Westfield W-League season this Saturday at Adamstown Oval and with two consecutive wins the Jets remain a chance to play semi-final football.

It makes Saturday-s Week 11 game against the Brisbane Roar a do-or-die game for the Jets and crowd support at home will play a big part.

After good home crowds in the early rounds, the Jets hope they can break the attendance record and have more than 1,000 people attend the game.

The Jets played the Roar in Week 3, returning home from Cleveland Showgrounds with 3-points after a 3-2 win however Brisbane are sitting above the Jets on the ladder.

“We need the fantastic support of the A-League team to extend to the W-League team for our final home game of the season this week,” goalkeeper Melissa Barbieri said.

“It’s a short season for us and we are hoping to break the W-League crowd record and get over 1,000 people through the gates this Saturday.

“The support has been wonderful in the past but this week we want to bring the house down.

“With our phenomenal win over cross state rivals Sydney FC last Saturday, we know we are in with a good chance to challenge last year’s champions the Brisbane Roar but we need your voices, your heart and your presence to help get us over the line.

“Please say you’ll come and support your W-League Jets… we will be soaring if you do!”

Play your part and be at the game this Saturday to support the Jets W-League as they continue to fight for a spot in the semi-finals.
