The Hunter Sports Group (HSG) and WesTrac are proud to announce a three-year sponsorship agreement of the Hunter Ports Newcastle Knights and the Hunter Ports Newcastle Jets.
WesTrac, a back of jersey sponsor of the Knights, has embraced the concept of a dual club sponsorship in support of both local teams across 12 months of the year.
“The Newcastle and Hunter Regions are a significant part of WesTrac-s current and future business plans so it is logical for us to be associated with clubs that represent their communities,” Darren Tasker, WesTrac NSW COO said.
“At WesTrac, we pride ourselves in being the very best in their field with highly skilled and committed teams, a situation similar to that of the Knights and the Jets.”
WesTrac is just months away from opening their new multimillion dollar facility in Newcastle, which, when fully operational, will employ around 600 people and act as their operating hub and training centre for all staff including apprentices throughout NSW.
The Hunter Sports Group are delighted to secure the group-s fourth founding sponsor.
