A Hamilton Olympic junior, Jason Hoffman is one of the most versatile players in the Newcastle Jets squad and is able to do the job almost anywhere on the park.
A member of the 2007/08 Hyundai A-League Championship winning side, Hoffman debuted for the Jets as an 18-year-old in that same season. He’s also spent time at Melbourne City, making 80 appearances.
The highlight of his time so far with the Newcastle Jets would be two grand final appearances: the win over Central Coast Mariners in 2007/08, and of course defeat to Melbourne Victory in 2017/18.
Hoffman’s professional debut was for the Jets: on 2 September 2007, in a 1-1 draw with Brisbane Roar.
